What are your normal office opening hours and can collection be made outside those hours?

Office opening hours, is between 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs, Monday to Friday. We are open on Saturdays only for pre-booked orders. Collections made as late as 17:00hrs. Out of hours deliveries can be arranged.

What are your terms, conditions and level of insurance?

We operate under RHA insurance terms and conditions which covers up to £1300 per tonne. Additional cover can be arranged on request for extra cost.

How do I open a credit account?

You can fill out an application form which you can request via email or by phone.
We then send you the application form by post. At the moment there is no credit card facility for payments. Non-account customers are offered to pay cash on collection or delivery.
What are your conditions of carriage?

The condition of carriage is regulated by terms & conditions of the Road Haulage Association. Copy supplied on request or check details on our home page.
